MONOODA

Mono Koda is my studio. I design, build and teach how people and AI should work together

I'm Michał. I've been designing digital products for 25 years, and for the last few mostly how a person should work with AI. Days at rynekpierwotny.pl, nights on my own server.

What I do

Design
Interfaces and agents you can actually work with. I don't bolt AI onto an app; I start from what the person really needs and make sure they keep the last word. More on how I see it
Build
At night, in a pair with Claude. Zero lines of code typed by hand, a lot of decisions made by hand. The list is below, the code is on GitHub.
Teach
AI and Claude trainings on your real tasks, not on slides. Small groups, concrete workflows, and you leave with a finished result. See the tracks

Projects

Iskra
My own AI on a laptop: remembers me and can say "I don't know". 39 days, 294 commits, then I stopped it myself. The journal
FlowState
Live project state for Claude Code: one source of truth the agent and I share over MCP, because TODO.md always drifts. GitHub
AgentTalks
Slack for a team where AI agents and people are peers: same channels, same threads, same mention. The server proves who is speaking. GitHub
FlowTrack
A small, self-hosted work tracker for a team of 5 to 10 people. One rule drives it: the interface never lies about state. Runs next to a corporate YouTrack. Private repo for now.
Guardian
An agent that reads this server's sensors live and tells me when something is off. Once it blocked... my own agent. Why I let it decide
Paper
"The Right to Not Produce": what happens when an agent is allowed to do nothing in a cycle. Ten agents, six bugs, the ones with a NO_OP option went quiet after the work was done. Paper and data

The name

Mono (物) - the thing itself, reduced to its essence. Nothing wasted.

Koda - an echo of kodō (魂動), "soul of motion," the idea of giving living form to material; and of the coda, the passage that brings a work to its resolution.

Together: minimal form, given soul - the moment complexity settles into one clear shape.
